Look Up, Look Down, its a Fisheye!

The Fisheye is a great user interface control. Quickly capturing attention and allowing focus to be emphasized through an elegant zoom effect. I had created a fisheye library a while back and had been satisfied with the functionality of it until now. I am working on a project that requires a fisheye control that works from top to bottom instead of left to right.
